Our Training Philosophy
About Alex.
With a background in academy-level football from the age of eight, playing for Aston Villa, Birmingham City, and West Bromwich Albion, Alex has been guided by elite coaches throughout his youth. After years of high-level football development, he transitioned into boxing, competing as an amateur and training alongside professionals at the prestigious Eastside Boxing Gym in Birmingham. Drawing from his diverse athletic background, he now specialises in boxing training, calisthenics, strength and conditioning, and plyometrics. His sessions focus on developing explosive power, endurance, and agility—helping clients perform, move, and feel like elite-level athletes both physically and mentally.
